Ms. Anthony directs our human resources consulting services, and in this capacity has served as Director of the AIACC-endorsed Survey of California Architectural Firms for over 20 years.

Ms. Anthony's areas of expertise include human resources program development and personnel planning, such as the assessment of clients' management structures and human resources systems, as well as the design of appropriate organizational structures and personnel programs to support their goals. Rose also develops and maintains up-to-date information on trends and employment practices that impact the design industry. In her over 20 years with Management Design, she has gained a reputation for assisting firms to develop effective compensation, incentive and recognition programs; performance management systems; professional and leader development programs; and, effective guidelines for communicating company employment programs and practices.
